Are you
covered under my benefits plan?
As a Registered Massage
Therapist, my treatments are covered by most benefit plans. Contact your
insurance provider directly for details prior to your treatment if this is your
first time getting massage therapy. I provide an insurance receipt at the end of your treatment.
Do you offer direct billing?
I offer direct billing in some cases, depending on your insurance provider. Please see my Rates page for a complete list of all participating insurers.
In the event that your insurer is listed, please be prepared to provide proof of coverage at your first visit (your benefits card). Your claim will be submitted, but we cannot guarantee that your claim will be approved. Please be prepared to provide payment for your treatment.

Yes. Park street parking is available on Lake Shore Blvd W, directly in front of my building. Please do no use the tenant's parking lot in the rear of the building.

At this time, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and Ministry of Health have revoked the mandate for masks. However, it is still highly recommended to wear a mask if you have been exposed to anyone ill, or are immunocompromised.
Is it safe to receive massage during COVID?
I am committed to providing you with as safe an environment as possible, with pre-screening measures, regular self-screening, adequate PPE and rigorous sanitization measures observed. However, these efforts never fully eliminate the risks.
If you are immuno-compromised, currently pregnant or have a severe medical condition affecting your heart, lungs, kidneys or circulation, you are in a higher-risk group and the benefits may not outweigh the risks. Please reach out if you would like to discuss your specific goals for treatment.

If you would like to have hot stones included in your treatment, please inform your therapist. There is no additional charge for this modality.
Do you offer deep-tissue massage?
I treat at the depth that is required to achieve your treatment goals. I am able to provide both lighter and firmer pressure treatments, using a variety of techniques ranging from broad to specific. My goal is to leave you feeling better the next day. If you do request deeper techniques, you must be aware that this may increase the risk of post-massage soreness. However, I guarantee I will do my utmost to make sure your treatment feels good for you.
